Hello,

My name is Tim Tokarsky and my brother Mike and I own Allegheny Ridge Cycle, Inc., d.b.a Triumph and Can-Am of Windber.   Our story goes back many years ago when our father owned and operated a motorcycles dealership named Matco R.V. Sales.   He sold BMW, Bultaco, Maico, Chaparrel   and Benelli motorcycles, and Apache and Pathfinder R.V's.   The business was a huge part of our lives growing up from about 1968 until it was sold in 1985.   Dad sold it because I was off at college (PSU), my sister was in law school, and that left only Mike to help run both the dealership and our family's trucking company.   Well, I was still active in the industry while   at school as I worked part time at a large multi-line Japanese branded dealership in State College called The Motorcycle Place so I never really "missed"   our dealership.   Years later, I did.     In 1997 I got the bug to buy a bike and settled on a Triumph Speed Triple.   I was once again hooked.   By the beginning of 1998 the dealership was created, a shop built, and the rest, as they say, is history!
